FAQ
There is no minimum threshold for backers to receive rewards. However be aware that donations do not qualify for rewards.
When it comes time to migrating everyone over to VPS hosting, we’ll migrate in in the same order that backers signed up. This means if you were among the first 100 people to back the project, you’ll be among the first 100 to have your account upgraded to VPS hosting.
You will gain immediate access to our Shared Hosting plan valued at $200 per year.
In the simplest of terms, Shared Hosting is like living with roommates. However instead of sharing living spaces, you’re sharing server resources which can lead to site slow downs. If everything else is equal, a slow website is going to rank lower than a fast website which means lower views and potentially lower profits if you’re a business.

My Elementor license was about to renew so this was perfect timing. For the price I’ll now have Elementor Pro and have much better hosting. Can’t wait to try out the VPS when it goes live!

Will the VPS have root access, SSH access?
As well, would I be able to install my own OS or am I stuck with something specific for web hosting? I’m looking for a VPS where I can run some custom applications I’m developing.
I also appreciate that you are included a variety of WordPress plugins but my main focus is running my applications.
Hi Jonah, great questions! When we fully launch the VPS servers and start migrating everyone, you’ll actually have the option to choose from a variety of options. For example we’ll have the ability to migrate over to a fully managed WordPress specific VPS instance. Or in your case, we can migrate you over to a plain blank VPS instance we’re you will indeed have full root & ssh access. From there you can customize the server to any manner you like. I should mention that we also offer static IP’s which can be dedicated to your instance but those are a separate monthly fee of $4/month per IP address.
